Quality workmanship and attention to detail from start to finish is evident throughout this design and construct two storey extension. The ground floor open deck has insulated ceiling cavities to reduce noise from the master suite above as well as hand nailed hardwood decking. Kwilla open riser internal staircase leads to the parents retreat from the existing family room. The new retreat encompasses a master bedroom, ensuite with floor to ceiling tiling, double shower, souble vanity and toilet, large walk in robe, parents lounge and private balcony. Polished Cypress pine timber floors lighten the room and the stainless steel fixtures and fittings set off the owners’ dream. The quality of workmanship and finish enabled us to win the Master Builders North Queensland Housing & Construction Awards 2011 Home Renovation/Remodelling Project up to $250,000.00. It was a pleasure to provide the owners with such a rewarding project.
